Change Makers Programme

Our work with the Change Makers programme, an 911³Ô¹Ïand LSESU initiative.

Change Makers is a collaborative programme between 911³Ô¹Ïand 911³Ô¹ÏSU which gives current students the chance to make meaningful change at 911³Ô¹Ïthrough independent research.

In 2022-23, we are working with a Changemaker to conduct research into student attendance of the 911³Ô¹ÏPublic Lecture Programme. 911³Ô¹Ïstudents constitute, on average, less than 15% of the audience of 911³Ô¹Ïpublic events. What accounts for this? What can be done to increase student interest in the programme? Do students feel that the speaker and event line-up is reflective of their interests and identity? This project will help build a public lecture schedule that works even better for students.
